Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  1. Project Not Started

    • If a refund is requested before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Delayed Delivery (Beyond Scope)

    • If we fail to start or deliver the service within the agreed timeline without valid communication or cause, a partial or full refund may be considered.

  3. Duplicate Payment

    • Any duplicate or accidental payments will be fully refunded upon verification.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not provided under these circumstances:

  1. Work Already Delivered or In Progress

    • Once content, ad campaigns, SEO work, or designs have been delivered or significantly progressed, the payment is non-refundable.

  2. Client Delays or Lack of Communication

    • Delays caused due to client inaction, lack of content, approvals, or communication do not qualify for a refund.

  3. Change of Mind

    • Refunds are not allowed if you simply decide to cancel the project after agreeing to terms and services.

  4. Third-Party Costs

    • Expenses incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., ad spend, software, tools) are non-refundable.

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to support@sritesmarketing.com

  • Include your name, service details, reason for the refund, and any supporting evidence

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

We prioritize client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues amicably. If a disagreement arises, our team will work with you to find a fair solution based on the work completed.
